Hey guys, this is Peter Valley writing this (not a lawyer, but I did have a lawyer edit this. If you want the legalese lawyer-authored version,
read this.)
If you're reading this, you heard the qualifications for joining Zenith, but I want to restate the details here.
I don't expect anyone to be dishonest and try to cheat this, but I have to put this in writing to make sure that doesn't happen.
You're taking one of only 197 spots, and you are robbing someone of a spot by signing up just to "kick the tires." That is absolutely not allowed. I'm taking honesty very seriously and there are no exceptions to what follows.
First, you get a full refund in the first 72 hours if you honor the standards of joining and Zenith is missing any feature I described in the webinar. That will give you plenty of time to test it out.
You heard the terms for signing up: You already know that you have to be a current Amazon seller with sales, and the only valid reason for a refund is if I don't deliver on my promises.
In other words, this is for serious sellers only and the following are not valid reasons for a refund:
"My wife wouldn't let me."
"I changed my mind."
"I accidentally hit the button."
Etc.
Any reason that has anything to do with Amazon is totally out of bounds. Examples:
"Amazon didn't approve my account."
"I'm restricted from selling too many books."
Etc.
That's Amazon. That's not us.
Remember, honesty is key here.
To insure this, there are a couple steps if somehow it comes to you trying to back out.
One, you have to send a screenshot of your Amazon seller account showing at least $500 in sales. Remember how I repeated in every email and several times on the webinar you have to be a current, serious seller? This is how we enforce honesty.
Two, I'm going to send a link to this refund guarantee. You'll communicate in writing that a specific feature was missing (again, the only valid reason is that I didn't deliver on my promise - reasons on your end are not valid).
Then I will give you the webinar slides and you can point out which exact feature is missing, and you'll send back a video of your screen confirming that feature is either missing or doesn't work.
You must document the exact feature that is not working or is missing.
(this was also stated in the webinar, so you've heard this several times by now, but its important to restate).
Only real sellers who are really committed are allowed.
This keeps both of us honest. Cool?
